I was formulating a semi-intelligent response.....it involved the Oedipus and Electra complexes and a lot of other stuffs that I got bored with very quickly. For now, let’s just pretend that giving flowers on occasions not involving someone’s death, do not follow my drug-induced ideas.
Any reason you chose daisies?
According to ye old wikipedia….

Ohhh, killing flowers as revenge. Good idea.

What does that say about Mother's Day though?

When I was in high school I had this great rant about flowers for funerals, but I looked at it where flowers were living, not dying. I thought they conveyed the messaged, "Hey, sorry someone you really loved just died. Here's something living and beautiful to rub it in."
I like Ben's avenging idea better though.

I've never really understood the whole flowers thing either. I also haven't heard of many people giving them out on a first date. I've given flowers to my (women) friends either in an attempt to cheer them up or make them feel special though...

At funerals, maybe the flowers serve as a scapegoat for the mourners' anger; i.e. we're all sad/ticked off because you're dead, so we're going to kill some flowers in an attempt to avenge you.

I'm under the influence....nothing I say can be used against me.

I'd rather play video games at my house. Or buy the video game and take it back to my house.
