Depending on the size of the files, and how much disk space and bandwidth you have available, you could upload the files with your post. I’m not exactly sure how to get them to play in the browser like youtube does, but you could provide a link to either download the video, or open it with your media player of choice. It’s time for me to sleep though, and unless someone else comes up with a better solution during that time…I’ll do some more looking into it while I’m at work today.

You could just adjust the actual size of the video. Like make the entire resolution smaller, thus making it less pixelated. I’m tempted to do it for you, but I won’t.
