I had some big long rant about all the crappy things that happened to me in ‘06 and why ‘07 should probably be a better year considering I hope not to get urinated on or see some girl pull actual chunks of muscle out of her stomach and fling them at people. However, I’m pretty sure both are in my future and I accidentally closed my window before publishing my post. It’s alright. It was just full of bitterness and resentment and neither are charming qualities. I’m working on dampening both, starting today.

So here’s a list of why ‘07 has been great so far:

- I still believe in God, and I think, on occasion, He still believes in me too.
- I read the first Harry Potter book yesterday in it’s entirety since I didn’t get called into work when I was on-call, started on the second, bought the third, and have today off.
- I still have some custom made chocolate-chip oatmeal cookies left.
- I have a date with Mel today and she’s making me homemade baked apples!
- What year isn’t initially a good year that starts out at Denny’s?
- I like my expression in the below picture.
