And I feel fine.
Yeah I’m still alive. I worked 50+ hours last week and they tried to get me to come in on my one day off. This has been a reoccurring theme in my life for the past 14 days. Thank you to all who quit or got fired in the month of January.
One of the patients received a black eye due to wrapping her legs around a desk when I was trying to “help” her to the Quiet Room and resulted in her jerking the desk intimately towards her face when she dropped all her weight to get me to let go of her. She screamed about the “stupid Asian girl” and her mauled up eye for the next hour straight. Ha ha. Oh what fun.
My scant free time has been spent on World of Warcraft, the two remaining Harry Potter books, learning origami, and geo-caching. What is geo-caching, you ask? More fun than you thought a GPS could ever bring you, and you know that’s some serious talk then. Check out the ever faithful Wikipedia article if the official site is too intimidating and you just want the quick n’ dirty explanation as to what the hell I’m talking about. If you’re located in the area, this is our geocaching profile and you can find what we did. We left Team Daria in the logbooks.
I fell flat on my face once and twisted my ankle two times. It was way worth it.
Almost everyone at work is sick. I’m currently chugging massive amounts of orange juice and about to go buy stock in Halls Defense Vitamin C Supplement Drops.
Yeah. I feel fine.
