Take the sinking boat and point it home.

Hi guys.
In the freakish way I normally do, I’m suddenly looking forward to Christmas. Once it’s here, there’s always the possibility I’ll be drinking too much and smoking too much and just generally hating the world, but for now, I’m excited. I want to make this Christmas the best yet.
So.
Have you heard of kaboodle? It’s the perfect website for scatterbrained people like myself to keep their lists in order. It has an extension that plugs right into firefox so you can quickly add items to your list. I’ve got a list of books I need to read or buy, movies I want to see, shirts I may or may not buy for myself, etc. I also have a couple hidden gift ideas lists, and therein lies the goodness. Serious. Goodness.
I’ve spent probably a little too much time this morning organizing my Christmas list. The people on the list are in a very particular order, and I have can quickly add items to each person’s section of the list. It makes me so giddy and so proud, I want to show my list and gift ideas to just about everyone. That would defeat the whole purpose, though, as you can imagine.

And, as dismarum pointed out last night, I do indeed find the coolest online stores. I have a ridiculously long list of them bookmarked. If you’re in the market for eclectic or crafty sites, let me know.

I can’t wait for the carnival this year for one reason and one reason only: fried snickers. Ohmygosh. After eating one last year, I realized those celestial carnival treats will probably be the main course meals in heaven. Oh, man. I’ve been waiting. And it’ll be here on the twenty-first. Yess.

Oh, crap. Today is Talk Like a Pirate Day. I miss that every yarr.
Haha.

I’ve started attending the new church in town, ExperienceLife. I think I’m going to stick with it. I’m sure it’s where I’m supposed to be right now.

Um. I forget what else.

Peace, love, and more goodness than you can shake a stick at.
