		<description>Yes, the first time it happened to me, I heard this 'swarm' of voices that were babbling nonsense. I think the thing that freaked me out the most was that I couldn't control my breathing, since that was being regulated by some other part of my brain that I didn't have access to at the moment.

Good times.</description>

		<description>Oh my ass it isn't scary!  I couldn't freakin' move and I promise you I heard some strange, evil-esque voice talking in a language I didn't understand.  I think realistically the entire episode lasted maybe around 30 seconds, but it felt like an eternity.

I did think I was dying.</description>

I'll admit, the first time it happened to me I was all, "OMG I AM DYING!!!111" but it has happened off and on since then, and I can usually get myself out of it after a few moments, even though those few moments seem like years.

That's what I get for trying to have lucid dreams.</description>
